OUR MISSION

The Foundation for Improvement of Justice, Inc. is a non-profit private foundation that was established in 1984 for the purpose of recognizing those who have improved local, state and federal systems of justice within the United States. Through our annual Paul H. Chapman Awards and banquet, the Foundation honors and rewards individuals and organizations whose innovative accomplishments have significantly impacted our justice system.
